An attention seeker invaded the Britain’s Got Talent 2013 final tonight to egg Simon Cowell.
Towards the end of Richard and Adam performance, a female member of the band appeared in front of the two singers and pelted Simon Cowell with eggs.
Security (and the director) took a while to respond to the intruder, but did remove her off the stage as Richard and Adam finished their song.
Judge Amanda Holden said: “The only person who has egg on her face is that stupid cow.”
UPDATE: The woman who threw the egg has been named as 30-year-old Natalie Holt.. She said: “I want to apologise to Richard and Adam for overshadowing their performance.
“I’ve never done anything like this before and in hindsight I have realised it was a silly thing to do.”
