The theme for tonight’s X Factor live show is Rock.

The contestants were first told it was ‘heroes’, allowing them to perform songs by their idols.

An insider said: “Having a rock theme will really take some of them out of their comfort zone.”

Song Choices – Tonight the acts will be singing the following songs:

Marcus Collins – Are You Gonna Go My Way
The Risk – Crazy
Frankie Cocozza – Get Your Rocks Off
Johnny Robinson – I Believe In A Thing Called Love
Kitty Brucknell – Live And Let Die
Sophie Habibis – Living On A Prayer
Misha B – Purple Rain
Craig Colton – Stop Crying Your Heart Out
Janet Devlin – Sweet Child Of Mine
Rhythmix – Tik Tok into Push It
Sami Brookes – Turn Back Time

Sami Brookes is the early favourite to leave the show this weekend at 5/2, followed by another of Louis acts, Johnny Robinson at 5/1.

Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson and Professor Green will perform on tomorrow’s results show.

The X Factor 8pm tonight on ITV1.
