After spending the first five show weeks as favourite, Ella Henderson has now been knocked off the X Factor top spot by Jahmene Douglas.
Leading odds comparison site Oddschecker.com can reveal Jahmene is the current bookmaker’s first runner at a best priced 13/8, with 16 year old Ella at 7/4 having been as short as 8/13 just two weeks ago.
Rylan Clark managed to avoid a sing-off in the bottom two at the weekend and as the Essex act continues to defy the odds, bookmakers have finally started taking note. A host of firms still offer 100/1 on Rylan winning this year’s show, but he’s not as short as 33/1 with some bookies.
Despite that, Rylan remains favourite to be the next elimination victim with odds of 11/10, followed by Christopher Maloney at 10/3 and sing-off survivors Union J at 7/2.
Odds to win
Jahmene Douglas – 13/8
Ella Henderson – 7/4
James Arthur – 51/10
Christopher Maloney – 92/5
Union J – 25/1
Rylan Clark – 100/1
